Life on Santa Fe

Two of the most famous trails are the Oregon Trail and Santa Fe. The Oregon Trail connects Missouri and Oregon. The Santa Fe Trail was a 19th-century transportation route through central North America that connected Franklin, Missouri with Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Santa Fe was traveled on a lot between 1821 and 1880.

Between 1821 and 1880, the Santa Fe Trail was a highway connecting Missouri and Santa Fe, New Mexico. From 1821 until 1846, it was a highway used by Mexican and American traders. The santa fe trail was 1200 miles and was one of the best trading routes.

Council Grove has a old store for people going thru the Santa Fe trail called the Last Chance store. There is a park that your can go to to see real historical Santa Fe artifacts in Topeka.
